Sabine Niederberghaus is the Founder & CEO of the Equine Leadership Program (ELP) in Topanga, California. Her program, based on universal truths, is a powerful alternative to equine therapy. Guiding clients through bonding & trust building exercises with her horses, developing leadership abilities, creating a team environment & strengthening interpersonal skills are all a part of the big picture.
