Yes. My horses are highly experienced with all kinds of people & their calm, collected energy is a great way to overcome anxiety. However, we encourage all clients to proceed at their own comfort level & can immediately stop a session at any moment if needed. Our horses are very happy & well-treated, living a free herd life during the day when they are not actively participating in the program. Thus, their strong instincts & nurturing nature always makes them safe to be around.

No. This is not about horseback riding. The best foundational work is done through on the ground interactions.

Please arrive in long pants & shoes that cover your ankles. Each session takes place at the ranch which comes with dust, mud, & more, so dress accordingly. If the sun is out, is also recommended that you bring a hat & water. Please avoid loose or dangling jewelry that could distract the horses or get in the way. (Please do not wear strong perfumes around the horses)
