Sabine shares her profound TEAM BUILDING RETREAT & LEADERSHIP PROGRAM that has helped hundreds of individual and corporate clients learn to be more grounded, confident and effective in business & and in their personal lives.
ELP Founder Sabine brings decades of passion, innovation, entrepreneurship, and equine mastery to her practice. She recognized early in life that horses provide a profound and unique access for people to reconnect with their own natural instincts. In her practice, this access provides participants with new possibilities in their careers and their lives. To apply these principles, Sabine developed a real-time program with guided exercises that are in alignment with corporate training and business goals. To deliver her training, Sabine also developed a lush retreat experience to provide the most effective environment for applying her time tested, deeply moving and deeply effective training at her picturesque La Esperanza Ranch.
