How Does It Work?

Initial meeting with the horses, your teachers
One 90-minute introductory session
Two 60-minute follow-up sessions

With each session in this package, become more clear, confident, & empowered in your 1:1 interaction with the horses. This powerful 1-on-1 leadership process will show you how to develop new communication skills, breakthrough old habits, change your behavior & soar to your greatest heights, helping you evolve into a better leader in life & business.

What’s included in each session?

1. Meeting the horses

Meet at the ranch gate and receive a personal introduction to our horses: Kayak, Dominio, Regalo & Chance. They are ready to work with you!

2. Leadership work with the horses

Proceed to the leadership work with the horses in the arena or round pen which involves various trust-building & bonding exercises with a horse that chooses you based on your initial interaction. You are guided safely throughout the entire process.

3. Debriefing together

Debrief and discuss in our “Reflection Zone”, giving you ample time to think and process the emotions of each encounter and session.

4. At-Home Integration

Assign an at-home reflection exercise on the same day to help integrate the transformative leadership work into your everyday life.

For Your Visit

What you need to know:

Entering the Equine world, you will become more aware & present. As we know, humans are complex creatures, experiencing an influx of thoughts on a daily basis. However, horses are different. They reside in full presence & intrinsically establish a space for you to become more grounded in the moment. In turn, this creates the necessary foundation of trust to embark on this powerful process with our horses.

What You Need To Bring:

Safe footwear – best are hiking boots covering your ankles
Jeans or leggings – comfortable pants
Sunscreen
Water bottle
It is best not to wear hats or sunglasses during the sessions
Please do not wear perfumes or strong fragrances.
